Online training is convenient - all you need is a computer with an Internet connection. These sessions are interactive, and you can participate from the comfort of your office or home. Our web conferencing capabilities allow us to bring
PowerFAIDS users together from all over the country for learning about specific areas of the system. All participants see and hear the same information at the same time during the live presentation, and there’s ample opportunity to ask questions. Online
training topics are scheduled with the financial aid calendar in mind, providing “just-in-time” training at the time of year that you’re most likely to need it.

Version and Technical Updates
Join us for a live Version Update or view the latest Version
Update, at a time and place of your choosing, via our
recorded session. You'll get a quick update on all that's
new in the latest PowerFAIDS release, and get a jump start
on processing. These online sessions highlight new features
and enhancements, provide instructions, and offer
implementation strategies.
All Version Updates include a software demonstration
supported by a PowerPoint presentation.
Hands-on Lab
The hands-on
lab is very similar to face-to-face training, with the
exception that you will log into one of our training
computers from the comfort of your office and engage in
dialogue with your instructor and classmates over the phone.
