Today, more than ever before, there are
absolutely no limits to what you can achieve… especially
when you’re equipped with the right tools. In twenty-five
sessions led by presenters who, like you, use PowerFAIDS,
you’ll learn practical ready-to-use techniques and
time-saving tips that will help you accomplish much more
when you manage your program with PowerFAIDS.
The
conference will feature interest sessions on a broad range
of student aid management topics and will address financial
aid issues such as Electronic Communications, Resolving
Conflicting Student Information, Importing and Exporting
Data, and Need Analysis and Professional Judgments, to name
a few. Breakout sessions are 60 minutes in length and are
grouped according to the following tracks:
PowerFAIDS Basics
Strategies for Managing Financial Aid Applicant Data
Integrating PowerFAIDS with External Systems
Throughout the conference, we will offer a PC lab where
users can meet one-on-one with PowerFAIDS staff.
This year's Opening Reception will be held on Thursday, July
3rd from 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. and will coincide with Early
Registration. The reception will provide a relaxed setting
for leisurely conversations and an opportunity to establish
new contacts in an informal setting. Family members are
welcome to attend the reception.

All 2008 PowerFAIDS conference events will take place at the
Walt Disney World Swan Hotel in Orlando, FL.
There is no
registration fee to attend this conference, however
attendees are responsible for making their own room
reservations.
